The microfluidic design with mimicked micro-vessel circulation integrated on-chip can recapitulate the spatial and physiological transport phenomena of in vivo nutrient supply and waste removal.
The layered array (e.g. 2x4, 4x4, 4x8 and 8x8) layout allows quadruplet testing and multiple drugs evaluation at same time in a single chip. Our layered array design can be easily scaled-up to meet throughput demand.
Tissue pieces, cell aggregates, or organoids can be cultured in our layered microfluidic cell/tissue arrays for up to several weeks, ready for diverse biological/pharmacological experimentation tailored to the users’ needs.
